Marketing firm Harper + Scott is leaving the Flatiron District for the new 3 World Trade Center.
The creative agency inked a seven-year 17,456-square-foot lease for part of the 40th floor of 3 WTC, according to landlord Silverstein Properties.
Jon Algaem, the president of Harper + Scott, said that 3 WTC “is a terrific building that will support our fast-growing business, and we look forward to calling it our home for years to come.”
3 WTC has attracted a diverse array of tenants since it opened last year, including advertising giant GroupM, spirits conglomerate Diageo, mattress e-tailer Casper and stock exchange IEX. Law firm Kelley Drye & Warren also recently signed a 103,000-square-foot lease in the building, as Commercial Observer previously reported.
